Rujuta Soman presents the idea of  ‘Trishna’ in two thought provoking compositions through a unique Kathak solo...The thirst for life, the Trishna is invoked from the very core of a soul which is yearning to create something passionately. While passion may be looked down upon by some, a creative person with the restless soul pays heed to this calling just like the parched earth pays heed to the rumbling of  monsoon clouds; or a lover longing for the beloved. Similarly this longing of the creative mind, to unite with the soul is a beautiful yet unending journey towards attaining completeness. Nonetheless the inspired being finds bliss in sustaining the unsatisfied passion and staying bemused by the unfolding of the soul.
